You can add tags to your site to help google/yahoo/others and ...
For google you can add your site and tell google a bit about it using Google webmaster tools.

login with your google/gmail account or sign up for one
Put in a link to your site from other websites where the business is already listed if you can. See Google+ pops up ahttps://plus.google.com/109810618811086878423/about?gl=ie&hl=en page for your business. Anyone can edit and submit info like website address. You can take that Google+ page over (Manage this page button) and fill in more info.
