PREPARATION:
Print the compass roses. These are displayed in one place or different places around hall.
Print the sheet of compass points on different coloured paper.
Cut up compass points to separate each point (or tearing up is part of relay done by Scouts in game, or use coloured chalk).
Draw or big rope mark one BIG circle on floor to be the compass rose. Mark where North is (or another point ;-)).
RUN GAME:
Fill in compass points relay: scouts run up, grab a point, have to place it on compass rose on floor.
One point at a time per team member.
Scouts can look at compass rose info, ask team members,
etc etc when they are placing point.
SCORING and REVIEW:
Go around compass checking each colour/team
1 point per correct placement
Ignore incorrect placements
Team Review go around and pick up incorrect
Placements and move to correct place.
